Sustainability Middle East (SME) has announced an extended final date for nominee entries for the upcoming SME Awards due to popular demand. 

SME can confirm that the nominations for the awards have been extended till November 7th in a bid to meet demand.

The SME Awards 2022 are scheduled to be held in December in Dubai.

The inaugural SME Awards will serve as a definitive platform to celebrate and recognise the Middle East's top enterprises and individuals for their exceptional achievements in sustainability, green practices and future-proofing.

The awards ceremony will welcome regional VVIP’s, dignitaries, business leaders and leading academics to enjoy a memorable evening, providing opportunities to learn about best-practices and network with the industry’s finest.

Renowned media personality, Dubai One Presenter Katie Jensen, is slated to be the presenter for the evening.

The SME Awards will cover a variety of sectors, including:

• Special Recognition

• Agriculture

• Construction & Infrastructure

• Energy

• ESG

• Transport & Logistics

The SME Awards will cap off SME’s launch into the industry on the back of its 1 billion views campaign. This consists of its inaugural magazine, the ‘50 Leaders in Sustainability’ edition; and the Sustainability Middle East Experts’ Conference, which will see figures from the 50 leaders in the magazine attend and take part in debates along with regional and global experts.
